Truthfully, it depends on your wedding coordinator but we fill many shoes to ensure our couples have a successful and memorable wedding day. ​

We are your wedding coordinator that sets up/breakdown decorations, helps put on your shoes, person of contact, personal touch up kit, timeline keeper, vendor spokesperson, your mind behind the scenes, meditation guide when you get stressed, and many more. We wear the hat to fill the need that is most needed at the moment. 

We do everything in our power to ensure a stress free, organized and memorable wedding, so you & your loved ones are able to sit back & relax!

If you need it, I will assist you in finding your vendors or decorations that are still needed, finalizing any details you want to ensure your wedding day goes smoothly.
I love to communicate about everything pertaining to your wedding and to be your go-to gal for situations.

My services are personalized to your wedding needs. I will work with your schedule, vendors, family members, bridal party, and most importantly, with YOUR wedding wants. 

Nowadays, weddings have a simple twist to most traditions to make it unique and I love this idea. I'm open to any concept or ideas you want to incorporate, I do my best to help you do what YOU want.

I want you to be happy with my service as a wedding coordinator, but also understand you are gaining a friend and confidant to aid you on your wedding day.

​Wedding Coverage for month/day of coordination varies per package.


Although, each wedding is different. If you would like to see if any additional cost would be added for additional full days or if you have split ceremony/reception dates, send me a message to discuss your wedding event further!

​I personally prefer having a consult, even if you are 100% ready to bring me onboard to your wedding team. 

My reason for scheduling a consult is because I truly enjoy taking the time to get to know you, as well as YOU getting to know me. I believe this creates a stronger bond, so you are more confident in my skills in assisting you on your wedding day. 

In the consult call, I like to discuss the vendors you have inquired, confirmed and signed with to ensure you have everything you need! If not, I would love to assist with finding you the perfect match for your dream wedding but also in your budget! 

It also allows the opportunity for you to ask questions on my services and for clarification of my role if needed. As well as providing me the chance to explain how I can best assist you with a stress-free, smooth wedding day full of memories for you. 

​Depending on the number of guests attending the wedding, I will be usually working by myself as your sole wedding coordinator or with my husband or two of my other coordinators. 

Although, if I believe that I would need some extra hands to ensure your wedding would be stress-free, my husband is always willing to help me for my events and I have two trained assistant coordinators willing to assist.

Have a last-minute vendor drop out? Have a change of heart or vision with a vendor last minute?
Unfortunately, I had this happen to me before.

I do have a list of preferred vendors that may be able to help. Even, if you just wanted to receive a referral of some amazing work or want to inquire from more vendors about their business, feel free to ask for my list!

​I love to travel! 

Depending on the location of the wedding events taking place, a travel fee may or may not apply. 
But I am open to traveling to ensure a stress-free wedding!
